Cookies Policy

What Go Lancer stores in your browser, and why.

1.The short version

Go Lancer only uses what it needs to work, plus Plausible to count page views. Plausible sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so there's nothing to accept or decline. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we ever add analytics that do set cookies, nothing will load until you've agreed to it, and this page will say so first.

2.What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are sent with requests to our servers; others stay only in browser storage on your device. Go Lancer uses both: an HttpOnly cookie for sign-in, and browser storage for layout and preferences.

3.What Go Lancer stores

WhatWhyHow long
Session cookie (golancer_session, HttpOnly)Keeps you signed in securely; not readable by page scriptsUntil you log out, or up to 7 days
Preferences (browser storage)Colour mode, dashboard and column layouts, page tips you've seen, your running timerUntil you clear them
Stripe cookies (on stripe.com)Set by Stripe on its checkout and billing pages to process payments and prevent fraudSet by Stripe, see Stripe's cookie policy

All of these are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, so under EU and Czech law they don't need consent.

4.Other services your browser contacts

To show the pages, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, the invoice PDF library from Cloudflare (cdnjs) and currency exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API and Frankfurter. These requests share your IP address with those services, but Go Lancer doesn't set cookies for them. More in the Privacy Policy.

5.Managing them

You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you clear Go Lancer's storage you'll be signed out and your layout preferences reset. Blocking it completely stops the app from working.

6.Changes and contact

We'll update this page if what we store changes. Questions: [email protected].
